Terms And Conditions
- Reservations & Payments
- All reservations must be secured through our official booking channels (website, email, or phone).
- A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings.
- The Client is responsible for all charges associated with the reservation, including, but not limited to, tolls, parking fees, waiting time, and additional stops.
- Final billing will be processed upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Standard Reservations: Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur charges. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours are subject to full fare billing.
- Special Event Reservations (e.g., weddings, proms, corporate events): Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable at the Company’s discretion.
- Wait Time & No-Show Policy
- A 15-minute grace period applies to local pickups; thereafter, waiting time will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments.
- A 45-minute grace period applies to airport pickups following actual landing. Additional waiting time will be billed accordingly.
- A reservation will be classified as a no-show if the Client fails to appear at the designated location within the grace period. No-shows are billed the full fare, including applicable surcharges.
- Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to conduct themselves, and ensure their guests conduct themselves, in a respectful and lawful manner.
- The Client shall be held financially responsible for any damage to vehicles, including but not limited to stains, spills, or physical damage.
- Smoking, possession or use of illegal substances, and underage alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision authorizes the Company to immediately terminate service without refund.
- The Company shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property left in vehicles.
- Safety & Conduct
- For safety reasons, chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in the event of unruly, unlawful, or unsafe conduct by the Client or their guests.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
- Service Limitations & Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, adverse weather, traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, or mechanical issues.
- In the event of a mechanical failure or inability to provide the reserved vehicle, the Company may, at its discretion, provide a comparable replacement vehicle or refund any unused portion of the fare.
- Liability of the Company is expressly limited to the amount paid for the service in question. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, or service disruptions.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- The Company respects client privacy and ensures that personal information is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of reservations, billing, and communication.
- Information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York State.
